Qynt Labs, Inc. ("Qynt Labs," "we," "us," or "our") operates a neutral technology marketplace for AI trading agents. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you when you visit our website, use the Qynt Labs platform, or interact with our services (collectively, the "Platform").

By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Waitlist signups: When you join our waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you submit through the signup form.
  • Account registration: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, selected role (Creator or Investor), and any profile information you provide.
  • Creator content: Creators submit Agent descriptions, model disclosures, performance data, and other content displayed on the marketplace.
  • Communications: If you contact us for support or other inquiries, we collect the content of your messages and your contact information.
  • Payments: Creator subscription payment information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. Qynt Labs does not store full payment card details.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, and time spent.
  • Device and browser data: We collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 5.

Information from Third Parties

  • Brokerage data: If you connect a brokerage account as an Investor, we may receive limited account information from the applicable broker to facilitate Agent deployment and monitoring. This data is governed by your agreement with the broker.
  • Analytics providers: We may receive aggregated analytics data from third-party analytics services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features;
  • Create and manage your account and provide customer support;
  • Process Creator subscription payments and manage billing;
  • Send you waitlist updates, product announcements, and service communications;
  • Display Creator Agents and associated disclosures in the marketplace;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and regulatory requirements; and
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the Platform and user experience.

We do not use your information to make investment recommendations or to influence your trading decisions.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing, and email delivery. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.

Broker Partners

For Investors who connect a brokerage account, we share limited information necessary to facilitate the brokerage account connection and Agent operation. This sharing is governed by your separate agreement with the broker.

Other Platform Users

Creator display names, Agent names, and Agent disclosures are visible to Investors and other users on the marketplace as part of normal platform operation. Creators are responsible for the content they submit.

Legal and Regulatory Requirements

We may disclose your information when required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your information.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform.

  • Essential cookies: Required for core Platform functionality, such as session management and security. These cannot be disabled without affecting Platform operation.
  • Analytics cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the Platform so we can improve it. You may opt out by adjusting your browser settings or using standard opt-out mechanisms provided by our analytics provider.

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We do not share data with advertising networks for targeted advertising purposes.

6. Creator Data and Agent Content

Content submitted by Creators, including Agent descriptions, model disclosures, and performance data, is stored on the Platform and displayed to Investors and other users. Creators are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all content they submit.

Qynt Labs does not independently verify Creator-submitted content and makes no representation regarding its accuracy. Creators should not include personally identifiable information about third parties in their Agent content without appropriate authorization.

7. Investor Data

Investor account data, including allocation preferences, watchlist selections, and activity history, is used solely to operate and improve the Platform experience. This data is not shared with Creators or other Investors.

Data related to brokerage account activity, trade execution, and custody is governed by your separate agreement with the applicable broker. Qynt Labs does not store or process brokerage account credentials.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform and comply with our legal obligations. Specifically:

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
  • Waitlist data: Retained until the Platform launches, until you opt out, or until you request deletion.
  • Creator content: Retained while the Agent is listed and for a period following delisting as required by our records retention practices.

You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at contact@QyntLabs.ai. We will honor deletion requests subject to any legal obligations to retain certain data.

9. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.

No security system is completely impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at contact@QyntLabs.ai.

10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services, including broker platforms and the Creator developer portal. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal obligations.
  • Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information.
